After you’ve completed the purchase of a custom order, you will receive an email confirming that I’ve received your order. Please reference your Order Number from this email in the Subject Line when you fill out the contact form to indicate your fabric choice, any embellishments (i.e. ruffles, tulle or embroidery) or special instructions regarding your custom garment. Maximum turnaround time for a custom order is 10-14 days, but pieces will usually be completed sooner.

In order to provide the best possible customer service, I am also able to help you customize your order to fit your individual needs. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Returns & Exchanges
Gracie Mae will take pre-approved returns within 30 days for exchange or gift receipt. Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged in any way. You are responsible for the cost of returning the order back to me. Please email me to notify me of a return.
All Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping & Taxes
Shipping is by USPS Priority Service for $5. All orders are shipped within 48 hours and average ground shipping time is 2-5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me for rates and times.
Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged to orders that are shipped within California.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for $3.00 per item.
